The Vegan Agenda is a blog based around all things vegan and cruelty-free. The customer wanted a simple layout that was easy to add content to and navigate. Their business model works around promoting affiliates through the content itself and advertising spots on the blog. With this in mind, we created a simple layout with advertising space.
In time the business wishes to expand and offer its own shop with clothing, mugs and trinkets which are vegan-friendly and promote veganism. For this, we added a Woo Commerce platform which is set up and ready to go in the background.
As a relatively new blog, the client wanted to plan ahead for future possibilities with this build and create something that was easily managed and changed themselves.
We also created the logo, branding and palette for The Vegan Agenda, which is primarily green with a pop of coral pink to draw attention.
The email newsletter subscription was implemented for future marketing activities, and all social media channels were created with Canva templates for the ongoing blog post shares.
The customer was pleased with the final design and manages to update the website themselves, which was their ultimate aim to keep costs down.
Counting Stars exceeded all expectations with this website build. They completed the project within two weeks, including logo design, brand palette and social media assets for us to begin our project. The website performs well, and I was trained on how to edit and update the site myself for no extra charge, which I think is invaluable. I would highly recommend the team at Counting Stars Digital to anyone looking for a new or updated website – especially smaller businesses looking to keep costs down. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
