South East Painting & Decorating

South East Painting & Decorating (SEPD) are an Eastbourne based painting and decorating company who provides interior and exterior decorating services. We have helped SEPD over the years with Social Media content creation and strategy, so when they decided the time had come to have a website, we were their first port of call.

Owner, Oli Young had successfully managed his marketing through word of mouth and Facebook for many years, having recently embraced Instagram, he realised there was a whole new world of customers out there. After a meeting, we managed to get across the concept of purchase intent. While many people contact South East painting and Decorating via Facebook, they are not all ‘serious’ and many get the ‘sticker shock’ that is associated with not knowing the amount of work involved in decorating.

People searching for a decorating company on Google, usually have a higher level of intent, meaning they are more likely to be looking for serious quotes, which weeds out the time wasters which can be associated with social media enquiries sometimes.

SEPD wanted a bright and modern looking website which could deliver them leads in the form of phone calls or form submissions. For this, we made it simple for people to reach out via a contact form at the bottom of every page as well as an enquiry button and contact number on the header of every page.

We have been really pleased with the website built by Counting Stars Digital. Already, we have had leads which have gone on to become paying customers off the back of this new website. The team listened to our needs and created something way beyond anything I could have imagined! I LOVE looking at it.

We are pleased that the website has already begun paying for itself. It was a simple build with some lovely images provided by Oli at SEPD. If you want to convert some serious leads into paying customers why not get in touch to see how we can help your business grow?
